The Best Presents for Little Girly Girls, all for under $100!

A few weeks before my little girls birthday I start looking for birthday presents that she will not only love, but also likely use the rest of the year or even longer. I want her birthday to be her magical day, where all her (somewhat realistic) wishes come true. Therefor I search and search to find the best gift, and the best deals! Customer reviews are very important to me as well so all the products I recommend are not only reviewed by myself, but by many others as well.
I have noticed that many of the items on Amazon go on sale occasionally so I like to drop every considerable item in my cart, or the save for later folder, and once it hits it's lowest price I purchased it. Another benefit about this is that I really get a chance to think about the presents, rather than ordering them one night and not really loving what I'm going to give her.
